Gudrun Ranftl is a fully certified yoga teacher by the method of B.K.S. IYENGAR ® and has been teaching weekly in Frankfurt since 2011. Her instructions are very precice applying the technique of B.K.S. Iyengar. She explains and shows all asanas. Her instructions are very accurate and malpositions are adjusted by her. Doing Iyengar Yoga the focus is on alignment. When joints and bones are aligned, muscles are less tense and function better. All parts in the body are supplied with sufficient blood and nutrition, nerves get back in positive resonance. Yoga stimulates your glands and organs in a gentle way and effects your emotional stability. Sudden impacts and long term changes can be created by practicing 15 minutes a week!
