Kiran Chris, an E-RYT Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher; teaches both vigorous vinyasa and gentle yin yoga classes.
His signature style is an ashtanga-inspired vinyasa-based mix infused with humor and generous helpings of kick-your-asana power flow sequences. His yin classes bring you to a deeper practice by holding postures for an extended period of time to stretch your muscles and connective tissue. Private lessons (to include nutrition coaching) are focused on serving your individual needs. Kiran Chris is also a trained expert at hands-on yoga adjustments which gently and safely allow you to open more fully into each pose. He also offers specialized classes on yoga for climbers, skiers, and runners.
