I am IYA trained yoga teacher 2001-2005 over 650 hours training and many more on self study and personal practise.
I regularly attend workshops and senior teachers.
My hatha yoga classes provide detailed instruction to students, encouraging in-depth knowledge of yoga postures and breath. My classes focus on alignment and developing strength and flexibility in the body. I also aim to improve posture, develop awareness of core, aid sleep & relaxation and work to steady and calm the mind, body and nervous system. There is a deep relaxation at the end of each class.
My pregnancy yoga classes are taught from a belief that yoga is the perfect compliment to pregnancy. Yoga helps develop physical awareness and that deep connection to ones' own innate nurturing abilities. My classes also provide space to connect with baby. Through movement and breath, yoga allows the release of physical tensions that can and do arise during pregnancy. It also prepares for labour and for the physically demanding role of being a new parent. Yoga helped me during both my pregnancys and without doubt assisted me to have wonderful, empowering, natural labours on both my children.

and South Dublin for Men and Woman. Classes are beginners/intermediate/advanced levels. Personal training available. These classes will build full on hardcore strength throughout the entire body, core, legs, back, arms... and at the same time bring flexibility - everything you might need for your workout. The class offers safe alignment in yoga postures for injury care and prevention. The classes flow progressively, opening and strengthening the body. This 2-hour class focuses on relaxation and meditation and can improve your breathing and sleeping pattern (which has a very positive effect on the immune system).
