a Masters in Education. Classes are fun and everyone is encouraged to work to the best of their ability in a friendly, non-competitive environment. To help with home practice I have recorded guided classes which can be downloaded from the website and listened to anywhere anytime that suits.

I started attending a variety of yoga classes in the late 80's after a serious road accident,qualified as an Iyengar
teacher in 2000 and have experienced other forms,particularly Satyananda. Presently i teach mainly hatha yoga in a number of different venues.Course usually covers loosening/warming up,body awareness,postures,breathwork,relaxation and meditation.
Ireland's first Bikram Yoga studio is now open. The 90-minute class is a fun, uplifting and challenging 26 posture
series with two breathing exercises, performed in a heated studio. Students of all levels practise together, working as deeply as their flexibility and strength allows. We have classes running seven days a week and there is no need to pre-register. Please come to class hydrated and on an empty stomach.

Nabin is a native of Nepal and was born in a small village in the west of the country. From the very beginning, village
life sensitised Nabin to Yoga, energy work and spirituality. Shaman healers and Yogis were part of his nurturing community close to the rhythms of nature, where Yoga, massage and energy work is a daily practiced.
