Classes and workshops are designed in a prescriptive manner. Our needs change as we change, as are our needs different
seasonally. 15 years as a therapist has led me to offer classes with themes. I offer the space for you to come with a purpose and to query what the change is. Self reflection is the path to self discovery.
Pregnancy is a wonderful time to discover the benefits of Yoga.
My classes will give you a deep sense of wellbeing
during pregnancy by increasing your flexibility and strengthening your body, and help provide the tools to prepare for the birth of your baby.
Learn how to relax , breathe, be active and in control throughout your labour with energising yoga stretches, relaxing breathing techniques, and visualisation in each class. These classes are a great way to meet other mums to be and new friendships. No previous yoga experience is required. As a yoga teacher and mum I aim to provide a warm friendly environment for you and your baby to relax and connect.
Suitable from 12 weeks to 40 weeks and its never to late to start!
CARLOW AND TULLOW WEEKLY CLASSES
Pam's most popular class is a gentle Hatha class, catering for beginners and continuers
with plenty of attention to breathing and relaxation. The next level Hatha yoga is gaining popularity as it challenges more, builds strength, moves all the joints, all while drawing attention inwards through the breath.
Private lessons are available by arrangement. Country cottage guests at Ballin Temple, a nature sanctuary set in an area of natural beauty, may also avail of private lessons. Our self-catering country cottages are great for families wanting a bit of nature to play in, or a romantic rendez-vous in a peaceful setting. Enjoy private walks in unspoiled nature along the River Slaney, and the views of rolling, patchwork hills of Ireland.
