At the Bodhi (Bo-Dee) room the focus is on mindful, slow moving and breath orientated movement. The classes offer
an opportunity for you to reconnect and relax with the added health benefits that are part of asana practice. The teaching style draws a lot from the traditional Indian yoga tradition of Hatha, but incorporates modern aspects such as Mysore style, yin and yoga therapy to create well rounded classes that work on building strength and flexibility.
All levels of practitioners are welcome, including beginners.
Newcomers or drop ins are encouraged to contact me first, as space is limited.
