Our yoga teaching combines the traditional classical austanga yoga with a modernized version from Ananda Marga's founder, Shrii Shrii Anandamurti. Our classes start for the very beginner up to the advanced. Newcomers are welcome.The class style is basic and gentle with lots of pauses in deep relaxation pose. Yogic dances, self-massage and yogic meditation are part of our classes along with simple theory related to yoga, meditation and spirituality. Our individualized approach aims to remove the obstacles that prevent the practitioner from experiencing higher meditation practice.
