I am an enthusiastic and vibrant teacher who uses fusion ideas to create a strengthening, balancing and attainable
yoga journey for all. Qualified in a 500Hr ISTHA Teacher Training course, I have a background of ballet and spanish dancing and have worked with a personal leg injury for the last couple of years so have a wonderful awareness.

Tension that affects our state of mind and being thereby affecting everything we think and do. With a softening surrender comes a new understanding of oneself and life changes that enhance your earthly experience and for those around you. The style of class range from slow, deep Yin yoga to flowing freely with breath and asana to holding a pose, tapping into courage while releasing the effort of what the mind thinks it needs to control. Usually, when there is a release of tension from the body, there is weight loss as habits change, flexibility and strength from moving the body and a quietening mind from focused concentrated breath. I believe that yoga can help to balance your life. Yoga teaches focus and more control over your body, ultimately
aiming for unity of mind, body and soul. I believe in teaching from my own experiences and my own growth and in always being a student. The amazing thing about yoga postures is that every time you do a posture you can go deeper, your muscles allow a little more and then to focus on the breath and these small changes helps improve your overall focus. Our yoga teaching combines the traditional classical austanga yoga with a modernized version from Ananda Marga's founder,
Shrii Shrii Anandamurti. Our classes start for the very beginner up to the advanced. Newcomers are welcome.The class style is basic and gentle with lots of pauses in deep relaxation pose. Yogic dances, self-massage and yogic meditation are part of our classes along with simple theory related to yoga, meditation and spirituality. Our individualized approach aims to remove the obstacles that prevent the practitioner from experiencing higher meditation practice.
