Instructor James Jewell draws on Inner, Scaravelli, Vini, and Yin yoga schools in two-hour classes which are held twice a day. Evening meditations are an optional but lovely extra. This leaves plenty of time to walk, lounge by the pool, travel around the local villages, or be still. Participants who are beginners, and participants who are yoga instructors, both found themselves to be challenged, inspired, and refreshed by the week.
