Ashtanga Yoga not only keeps you physically fit but also helps to find peace of mind and improve your health. This
type of Yoga is dynamic, and ideal for people who like sports, stretch their muscles and want to relax.
I teach public classes on three levels, beginners, intermediate (guided 1. Series) and advanced (Mysore).
In individual courses or private classes I can adjust the program to the needs and wishes of the students. The classes can be held in my yoga studio but with good weather also on the beach or the park.
I am based in Valencia where I work as yoga teacher. I teach both Dynamic, vinyasa based yoga classes as well as Yin
(Restorative) style yoga classes. I offer sessions of Shiatsu (Japanese massge therapy) and Traditional Thai massage (Northern Style) as well as courses in Thai massage up to intermediate level. I also run meditation classes and courses with colleagues in the Valencia Buddhist Centre. I teach yoga classes, workshops and retreats in Spain, Scotland and elsewhere in Europe. With Sadhita I am now running a 200 and 500 hours yoga teacher training based on Buddhist principles. www.bodhiyoga.es

Valencia Mindfulness Retreat is a bed and breakfast location in the city center of Valencia, Spain. We offer a great
atmosphere with a yoga room and a massage room. A large selection of yoga-classes takes place at our Yoga Center at 25 steps walking from our front door. Our bed and breakfast rooms are very comfortable, and we are located very central, just next to the Cathedral on Plaza de la Virgen, Barrio del Caren, Valencia, Spain.
