AcroYoga is an interpersonal form of yoga where we leave our own mat to share with others. The content spans from the
more calm and healing that gives focus and presence to the more energetic, joyful and acrobatic which in a playful way allows us to stretch our limits and expand our comfort zone. Giving us a deeper contact and more trust both in ourselves and others. AcroYoga will surprise you with your own ability as we make the impossible possible together.
Classical Yoga and Meditation (also in English)
Weekly classes, drop-in, private lessons, workshops etc.
Yoga (cleansing techniques), Asana (yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), Mudra and Bandha (attitudes and locks). This is physical yoga which today often is called Hatha Yoga. We also teach Pratyahara (Yoga Nidra relaxation), Dharana (concentration techniques) and Dhyana (meditation). The meditations taught are Vishuddhi shuddhi (Kriya yoga)and Antar Mauna from the Tantric tradition.
Pregnancy yoga and yoga for children as well as intestinal cleansing (Shankprakshalana) are also offered.

There are regular Art of Living courses (yoga courses) and follow-ups taught at the Art of Living Centre in Malmö.
