Completed an Asthanga Teacher Training Intensive Workshop (Primary Series) with David Swenson. Presently teaching at Merthyr Tydfil Leisure Centre, Rhydycar, Merthyr Tydfil on Saturday mornings from 10.30-11.30am and Tuesday evenings from 6.00-7.00pm. The classes are mixed ability drop-in classes.

About me :I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years. I am a British Wheel of Yoga diploma holder, having undertaken enhanced training,and have gained a Post Graduate Certificate in teaching. About me : I am a Registered nurse and have undertaken additional health & emergency care related training and qualifications these included Midwifery and Advanced Life Support. I have practiced yoga for over 15 years; from both personal and professional experience, I have experienced the health, fitness and well being benefits that yoga can bring to all people whatever their age or ability.
