Mats are provided. Yoga classes are held daytime and evenings. Individual tuition can be arranged.
Maggie is a qualified Yoga Teacher. She has studied and practiced yoga for 15 years and completed her teacher training with the British School of Yoga(BSY).

Jennie Welton is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance and has also completed a one year foundation course
in Rishiculture Ashtanga Yoga. Jennie has been practising yoga for over eighteen years and has been teaching for six. Drawing from her training, her classes are founded in both Vinyasa and Ashtanga styles of Yoga, developing a flow of movements from one posture into the next. Jennie is also a Reiki level 3 practitioner and a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist in the NHS.

Six week yoga course. The course offers a gentle introduction into hatha yoga.You will learn basic yoga postures, pranayama breathing techniques and relaxation. This introductory course is suitable for the newcomer to yoga and for those who have some yoga experience. During each 75 minute session you will have time for getting the mind and body centered,a warm up routine,learn basic yoga postures during the main asana workout,learn a Pranayama breathing technique, and have cooling down and relaxation period.
