Our center offers classes in the tradition of Sri Swami Rama,Himalayan Style. We offer Hatha Yoga for all ages and levels, Meditation, Philosophy and Teacher Training. We also offer seminars and workshops which focus on Health, Spirituality and Self growth. Holistic treatments including Craniosacral Therapy, and many others types of massage are also available. We are the home of the Himalayan Yoga & Meditation Teachers Association, which is Yoga Alliance certified at the 200 and 500 levels.
