The goal I have set for myself in all of my practices is to teach my friends and clifocused exercise, relaxation and their own personal spiritual quest. My training includes: Experienced in teaching yoga since 2000, Experienced 500 hr. Yoga Alliance registration; Certified Meditation Teacher in 2003 by Shoshoni Yoga Retreat; Reiki practitioner and teacher since 1998 - classes and treatments available upon request; Ordained non-denominational minister with Ph.D. in Religion with specialty in Spiritual Awareness: I help you more fully incorporate your spiritual work into your daily life.
