Swaha Yoga Center is a space dedicated to building a community of different people with similar yearnings of the heart. We provide high quality classes and trainings based on teachings from the heart and experience. At Swaha Yoga Center we challenge our bodies and our minds and increase our awareness and sensitivity towards life and unity. We encourage and promote unity in diversity, and in that spirit we offer a wide variety of classes. At Swaha we offer Classical Hatha Yoga, dynamic alignment focused Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini Yoga, Pilates and Unnata® Aerial Yoga.
