Joanne is RYT and teaches Hatha Yoga as well as Pilates, Rehabilitation exercise, weight loss and strength training.
Joanne, owner of JoProFitness, has offered workshops throughout the US and Alaska and works with Fall Line Fitness and offers clients stress release as well as funtional yoga and overall wellness. Joanne is currently offering personal training, as well as small group yoga classes.
Jennifer and Jay Bartholomew are the founders of The Gentle Spirit, Healing Arts for Inner Peace. They have dedicated
their lives to the study of martial arts, movement, meditation and healing practices. They have been practicing for more than two decades. Since 2008, they have been refining their understanding of the Classical Chinese Wisdom traditions with their teacher Master Zhongxian Wu deepening their knowledge of XinYiQuan, TaiJiQuan, Qigong and Qi Healing from the classical texts - Yijing, Daodejing and Huangdi Neijing. It is their wish to not only preserve these ancient Chinese practices, but to share them with those who would like to promote peace, balance and harmony in their life. postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation to open the heart and promote harmony, strength, and flexibility in body, mind, and spirit. Bring two blankets and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
