A second session of a full Yogic day, with the chance to work all the aspects of this holistic system. This time we will focus on: · Kriyas: cleansing exercises, focusing on cleansing the respiratory system. ·Pranayama: full practice of breathing exercises and new techniques. ·Asana practice: 2 hours Sivananda based class with time for new variations, more challenging, learning how to challenge yourself at home! ·Meditation walk: learning a technique on how to meditate and walk at the same time, very useful in daily bases to cope with stress. ·Philosophy lecture: half of the lecture focus on phisiology and Prana; introduction to the concept of Karmic laws from the point of view of the Yoga philosophy scriptures. Printed material will be given for further personal reading or studing ·Initiation to chanting: learning more devotional chants. Indian soup and rice or bread will be served. Please, bring your own yoga mat, some extra food for lunch if you need it, comfortable walking shoes, warm clothes, pen and paper. When: saturday June 23rd, from 10h to 17h.
