Come join us for our 6th 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training. Please see our training page on our website for more details. These trainings are small- limited to 5 people and often less, assuring a personalized training with lots of chance for discussion and teaching from the students, as well as a comprehensive coverage of all aspects Yoga Alliance requires from practice to philosophy to the business of teaching yoga- mantra, mudras, asana, meditation, pranayama, teaching styles and types of yoga. |
